Federal and State Advertising Guidelines (CE #0189) - 8:30am - 10:30am - 2 Hours Credit All mortgage related advertising is highly regulated on both a federal and state level. This course will attempt to simplify the topic by combining the applicable rules and statutes with a plain English explanation of the more relevant sections. This course is intended as a guide to help you comply with applicable laws and meet or exceed minimum industry and legal standards and guidelines, while presenting your advertising in a professional and customer-friendly manner. F. Non Traditional Mortgage Products (CE #0190) - 10:30am - 12:30pm - 2 Hours Credit A realistic overview of the complexity and fragility of their place in the real estate market. The purpose of this class is to explain the nontraditional product issues facing a mortgage broker and prospective borrower. 5.
